Respecting the environment

Man is temporal, nature will endure...All the buildings on the island have been carefully designed to integrate seamlessly into the surrounding environment without damaging or defacing it in any way. We have made extensive use of wood from native trees such as Tabebuia pallida, Balau, etc. And Takamaka House is built right into and around the granite rock.
Our commitment to nature is an ongoing and all-encompassing one. Every day we are hard at work to protect the island's marvellous and well-preserved biodiversity.

The indigenous species of the island are everywhere to be seen, from the sociable white-tail tropic birds, to immaculate terns, giant tortoises, etc.

We have purposefully limited the capacity of Round Island in order to preserve the exclusivity of your stay there.

The discreet and welcoming staff are on hand to cater to your every need and provide you with the highest-quality service.

Be it catering or leisure pursuits, we will adapt to your expectations; your well-being and enjoyment are our primary concern.

Should you so desire, you can book the entire Island, which can host cater for up to twenty guests.
